Builders in Jaipur and Jodhpur often give a better rate to buyers who come as a group. A buyer who walks into the site office alone usually pays the developer price. We bring buyers together before the conversation about price begins.
How we got here

Started in Jaipur, working offline: in person and over the phone.

Built and tested this platform, to do the same work online.

The platform went live for buyers, with one buyer group for each listed project, open for as long as the builder has homes available.

Our promises to buyers
Zero brokerage for buyers
Registering, joining a group and your relationship manager's help are free. You pay GroupBuyProperty no brokerage and no fee.
How to check
- Nobody working with GroupBuyProperty, staff or associate, should ask you for money.
- If anyone does, don't pay. Call us on +91 77371 93495.
Your money goes to the builder
When you decide to book, you pay the booking amount directly to the builder. No one working with GroupBuyProperty ever collects it.
How to check
- Make the payment to the builder.
- Ask for the builder's receipt. It is in the builder's name, never ours.
RERA-registered projects only
A project cannot be listed here without its Rajasthan RERA registration number, and the number is printed on the listing.
How to check
- Copy the RERA number from the listing.
- Search it at rera.rajasthan.gov.in (opens in a new tab).
- Compare the project name and the builder.
Your price, agreed in person
The discounts on our pages are ranges, not quotes. Your price and any offers are agreed with the builder, face to face, after a site visit.
How to check
- Read the price in the builder's booking receipt.
- Check it again in the agreement for sale before you sign.
Our own RERA registration
We are starting our application to register with the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority as a real estate agent. If a registration number is issued to us, it will be shown here and in the footer of every page.

A relationship manager, from first call to booking
When you ask to join a group, a relationship manager takes it from there. Some are our own staff, some are independent associates. Either way, you pay them nothing.
- They call you during office hours, in Hindi or English.
- They arrange your site visit and answer your questions about the project.
- Once they are assigned, their name and number are under My Groups.
