How group property buying works
GroupBuyProperty brings together buyers who want a home in the same RERA-registered project in Jaipur or Jodhpur, and negotiates a group discount with the builder: up to 15%, a range, not a quote. Joining is free. A relationship manager arranges your site visit, your price is agreed in person, and if you go ahead, you pay the booking amount directly to the builder.

Your price stays yours.
Once you have booked, your price is the one on the builder's receipt, however many buyers join after you, and even if the group is later cancelled.
Your contact details stay with us.
We pass the builder your name and the unit you book, never your phone number or email. We run no ID checks of our own.
One person to call.
Once a relationship manager is assigned to you, their name and number are under My Groups, so you always know who to ring. Some are independent associates. Either way, you pay them nothing.
You can step away.
Until you book with the builder, you can leave a group from My Groups, and it costs you nothing.
Questions our buyers ask most
When multiple buyers come together for the same project, we negotiate with the builder for a group discount; discounts of up to 15% are ranges, not quotes. You request to join free, a relationship manager contacts you, and after a site visit your final price and any offers are agreed with you in person. If you go ahead, you book your own unit and sign your own agreement directly with the builder. Every listed project is registered with Rajasthan RERA.
Browsing, registering and joining a group are free, and you never pay GroupBuyProperty anything. You pay a booking amount only after your price has been discussed and agreed, and you pay it directly to the builder. RERA requires the builder to keep 70 per cent of the money buyers pay in a separate account for that project.
It varies by project. A group has no closing date, so you decide whether to book only after your site visit, in your own time. Once you have booked, the timeline to possession and registration follows your agreement for sale with the builder and the completion date the builder has filed for the project with Rajasthan RERA.
Yes. You apply for a home loan exactly as you would on any property, and the lender values the property and decides on the loan in the usual way. Your relationship manager can point you to lenders. Whether your loan is approved, and for how much, depends on the lender and on your own credit profile, including your CIBIL score.
You do, at the applicable Rajasthan rates, the same as any property purchase. They are government charges, not part of the price the builder discounts, but stamp duty is calculated on the agreed price or the DLC (circle) rate, whichever is higher, so a lower agreed price also lowers the duty while it stays above the DLC rate. We tell you the expected amount up front so there's no surprise at the sub-registrar's office.
Of course. We arrange site visits in Jaipur and Jodhpur before you put down any booking amount. See the property, the location and the construction progress for yourself. You decide whether to book after the visit, never before.
