GroupBuyProperty.com is a group property buying platform operated from 509, 5th Floor, Jaipur Electronic Market, Near Riddhi Siddhi Circle, Gopalpura Bypass Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018, India. We help buyers in Jaipur and Jodhpur who are interested in the same RERA-registered project come together as a group, so that a better price can be discussed with the builder. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who can see it and what you can ask us to do with it. By registering, or by sending us your details through a form on the site, you agree to your information being used as described here. What you give us when you register: • Your name, email address and mobile number. All three are needed to open an account • A password. We store it only in a scrambled form, so nobody on our team can read it • Whether you are joining as a buyer, a builder or a corporate partner What you may add later, if you choose: • Your address, city, state and pincode. You do not need them to join a group • A profile photo • A review of a home you booked, with a rating and, if you wish, a photo • If you are a builder: your company's details, such as its name, logo and registration numbers What is recorded as you use the site: • The projects you save, the groups you ask to join and the home you choose • Notes our team makes when they speak with you, for example about a call or a site visit • If you book a home with a builder: the unit, the date and the price, as recorded by our team • Your IP address and browser type when you visit and sign in, and a record of important actions on your account. We use these to keep the site and your account secure • Who invited you, if you registered through another buyer's link • How many times each project page is viewed, and your answer if you tell us whether a floor plan was helpful. For these we use a scrambled form of your IP address, not the address itself If you contact us without an account, through the contact form, the "leave your details" form or a project enquiry, we keep the name, phone number, email address and message you send, so that our team can reply. A relationship manager may also note your name and phone number if you ask them about a project by phone or in person. We do not carry out identity checks, and we do not collect identity documents such as your PAN card, Aadhaar or any other government ID. If you book a home, the builder checks your ID at booking. That check is between you and the builder. Buyers pay the builder directly, so we do not collect card or bank details from you.

We use your information only to: • Open and manage your account • Pass your request to join a group to our team, so that your relationship manager can call or message you about the projects you chose • Call, message or email you about your request or enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time • Arrange site visits and keep you informed about your request • Record your booking once the builder confirms it • Show your review, and show that a buyer has joined a group, in the limited way described under "Data Sharing" • Reply to the questions you send us • Keep the site secure and prevent misuse • Meet our duties under Indian law We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.

Your information is seen only by the people and services listed here: • Our own team members, who need it to do their work • The relationship manager assigned to help you. They see your name, mobile number and email address so that they can contact you about the projects you are interested in • An associate, if one is helping you instead. An associate is an independent person who works with us, not an employee. Our site shows them only your name, the project and the home you booked • The builder of a project you book: your name and the unit you booked. We do not give builders your phone number or email address • The public, when you join a project's group: the project's listing and its cards across the site show that a buyer has joined. Once our team has accepted your request, that is the first four letters of your first name (for example "Deep…"; a first name of four letters or fewer appears in full) and a blurred circle made from the colours of your profile photo, if you have one. Never your surname, your photo or your contact details • The public, when you write a review of a home you booked: once our team approves it, your rating and your words appear with your first name and the first letter of your surname, on the project's page and on our Reviews page. If you add a photo to your review and tick the box agreeing to show it, the photo appears with your review on our Reviews page only, never on a project's page. We remove the location and camera details stored inside the photo before anyone sees it, and you can remove the photo at any time by editing your review • A person you invite: if you share your invitation link, the page it opens shows your first name • The companies whose services run the site: MilesWeb (web hosting), our email provider (to send account emails), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on our forms), Google Tag Manager (visitor statistics, only for visitors who are not signed in) and map and place-search services (when you use a map on the site, your browser loads the map from them and what you search for is sent to them) • Government authorities, when the law requires it (including RERA authorities) Some of these companies, such as Google and Cloudflare, may handle information on servers outside India. Our site also links to other websites, such as the Rajasthan RERA portal and WhatsApp. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.

Your information is stored on servers run by our web hosting provider, MilesWeb. The site works over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and passwords are stored in a scrambled form. Only team members who need your information for their work can see it. No website can promise perfect security, but we take care to protect your information. We keep your account information while your account is open. You can close your account yourself from your Profile page: you are signed out, any open requests to join a group are withdrawn, your reviews are taken off the site, and the account can no longer be used. Closing an account does not erase it. We keep the account record, including any record of a booking you made with a builder, and because of that the same email address and mobile number cannot be used to register again. To ask us to erase your personal information, see "Your Rights" below. Messages sent through our forms are kept while we deal with your request and afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete them. We make regular backup copies of our database and keep about the last 30. Information we erase at your request can therefore remain in a backup copy until that copy is replaced.

You can ask us to: • Show you the personal information we hold about you • Correct anything that is wrong. You can also change your name, email address, mobile number, address and photo yourself on your Profile page • Erase your personal information after you close your account (we may still keep records of bookings, and anything the law requires us to keep) • Stop contacting you about projects • Withdraw your consent to our use of your information. If you do, we may not be able to keep your account open To ask for any of these, email hello@groupbuyproperty.com with the subject line "Data Request". We may ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you.

A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser. We use: • Essential cookies. One keeps you signed in and one protects the forms you submit. If a buyer ticks "Remember me" when signing in, one more cookie keeps them signed in for up to 30 days • Statistics cookies. For visitors who are not signed in, Google Tag Manager may set cookies that help us understand how the site is used. It is not loaded once you sign in • Storage in your own browser. Your recent searches on the Projects page, and the projects you save before you sign in, are kept in your browser and not on our servers. Saved projects are added to your account when you sign in If a listing includes a video or a virtual tour hosted by another company, that company may set its own cookies when you play it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.

This site is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the site changes or when the law requires it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If a change is important, we will tell registered users by email or by a notice on the site.
