Every review has to clear three steps first. That is why this page is empty for now, and why you can trust what appears on it.

A buyer books their home
Only a buyer whose booking the builder has confirmed can write a review. Nothing is published before a real purchase exists.
Step 2
They write it themselves
In their own words, about the project they booked. One review per buyer per project.
Step 3
Our team reads it, then it goes live
It appears with the project's name and a Verified purchase badge. No stock photos, no scripts.
What every review will show
Who wrote itTheir first name and initial, never the full name.
What they boughtThe project they booked, and its city.
Their ratingOut of five stars, as the buyer gave it.
Proof of purchaseThe Verified purchase badge, shown only once the builder has confirmed the booking.
A photo, if they add oneOptional, and only when the buyer agrees to show it here. Never a receipt, a price or a document.

What you can check yourself
A review is one buyer's word. These you can confirm on your own, before you pay anything.
Look up the RERA number
Every listing shows its Rajasthan RERA registration number. Check it on the RERA website before you visit.

Your relationship manager arranges a site visit. Your price and any offers are agreed with you in person.
Pay the builder directly
The booking amount goes straight to the builder, against the builder's own receipt. If anyone asks you to pay GroupBuyProperty, don't.
